On a semi-related note, I was actually talking to a friend about fighting games the other day, and how it would be kind of interesting to see a game that contained 1-2 characters from every major fighting series from the past decade and a half
Just get the two most popular characters and throw them all together.
obviously balancing a game of that nature would be damn near impossible, but I think the result would be pretty sick.
Imagine Ryu vs Fulgore
Mai vs Heihachi
etc.
