I will remember to check this thread. Let me know what/when/where/why you will be around and I will make my way there after work. It will be fairly simple for me to catch a bus into town if that is where you will all be.

I thought newcastle only had one place to hangout? Isn't everything within a stones throw of each other. That and your one beach.

Uh no. Newcastle and its surrounding towns/suburbs/parts of Newcastle are much the same size as Sydney, but with less people and more cows. Also we have probably about twenty 'official' beaches and lots and lots of smaller ones.
Would you like me to carry on extolling the virtues of my hometown or would you like me to shut up now?
