I think that there's only been 1-2 DS games that actually use the handheld vertically.  I've tried holding the thing vertically and it honestly feels awkward.  When I see how they plug Guitar Hero into the DS and play it I'm thankful for the strap but again, it does seem really really cramped.

That was a horrible ad, but I seriously can't wait to buy that game and freak people out in the break room at work when I suddenly get to say "Rock Out!" --and I thought saying "Nymphadora! Sit down!" was hilarious... Gotta love the DS.
