So Built to Spill are playing my town in January and I don't know whether to go or not. (It's $50 AUD, and they're playing new years day which is traditionally a day I am not capable of moving on.) Advice, please?

People keep dragging me to shows unexpectedly and for free lately. I saw Ziggy Marley several weeks ago and The Tallest Man on Earth on Monday night.

Dunno man. Wreck The Halls is the next two nights after that. Flatfoot 56 and Street Dogs. That'll be a show and a half. Flatfoot were absolutely insane when I saw them two weeks ago. Toby kept shoving me and the pit managed to send the bagpiper hurtling into the drumkit at one point.
