According to the lengthy message on the website, Muxtape is returning as a service exclusively for bands.

Drat and phooey.  I had plans for Muxtape themes that I was going to change every week.

One of the most interesting points in there was the way that the labels and the RIAA acted independently and did not wish to be involved with each other.
