Do all hipsters hate Muse, or is it just Pitchfork?

Cant we just be friends?

I will say this: They have the most irritating fans on earth. The only worse ones I can think of are Radiohead fans.

Muse fans WISH they were as annoying as Radiohead fans.

Hljómalind:
I'd like to think I grew out of Muse. Own some albums, saw them at Earl Court's - good show. But now, I don't really find them that interesting.

I fully agree on Muse fans (and Radiohead fans, but don't get me started...): I went to school with a bunch, and they would not shut up. You'd think no one had ever played the guitar before Muse guy.

Definition 7 was written by a committee consisting of these people:

I can't even tell if definition 7 is some kind of weird meta ironic joke or not.

It is that good, Definition 6 is the best though:

'You, for reading ironic, pseudo-intellectual dictionary entries on the word "hipster".'

I was actually thinking of making an entry for this until I realised that there was no way I could top that.

I'm considering this as a new sig quote.

And, I've hated Pitchfork ever since they claimed that Billy Corgan's voice was as "unbearable as most Led Zeppelin cover bands."
