That's because you are not 11.

I had the chance to get a NERD license plate - over here you have 1 to 3 letters denominating where the car is registered, then 1 to 2 letters which you can pick and then 1 to 4 numbers - all depending on availability.

I wanted NE-RD-1337. No dice. My brother got to pick it.
Then I wanted my dad to get a NE-RD plate. Nope. My mom wouldn't have it either.

You can also get S-EX or SE-X. But you gotta pay extra.
