I personally think that Eminem knew ahead of time that Sasha was going to be lowered down on him for a joke.  I mean the camera shots were already in place.

However, I think that he didn't know that Sasha was going to be half naked like that and shove his ass in his face.

So he was expecting it and didn't move out of the way and then when he saw Sasha was naked and not getting off him he pitched a real fit with swearing.

I mean I dunno if Eminem has been working on his acting during his time off but that swearing reaction seemed pretty real to me.
