Are any other australians annoyed/dismayed/pissed off about the massive overreaction to that Chaser's sketch? It clearly wasn't the least bit serious.. How people can get so offended by that is completely beyond me. Honestly I'm rather bummed out about it; how have we gotten so po-faced and serious?

I started getting annoyed by it then remembered that mainstream Australia has become even more vacuous and retarded than usual in the last 5-6 years, and that it's pretty much par for the course.
