God damnit if that pirate song isn't catchy. And actually I'm pretty sure they were saying tu, not vous, my guess is children's shows aren't particularly formal.

I couldn't quite make it out, but to me it sounds more soft 'v' than 't'.
But you're probably right. Lazytown, though being the classiest show on TV for kids nowadays, probably isn't too formal.
