Photos are pretty cool

Those photo's of the waves are pretty sweet. I do quite a bit of surfing and i've been looking to get a camera to take some photo's when I'm out. Any suggestions?

Well, I bought an allegedly (sp?) awesome Olympus waterproof camera, and I've had to replace it twice. So, buy a camera housing, or be prepared to have your camera break on you. Perhaps a cheap camera housing and camera is the way to go.
Fins are a good idea, particularly if it's big/there's a current. I guess if you surf (I bodyboard, myself) then you'll be a decent swimmer, so that's a plus.
You just have to be really good at taking the photo quickly; there's no time to set your shot. Set your camera and shoot really quickly.
If you want to take good close-in shots, be prepared to get sucked over the falls/get hammered by the lip fairly often.

One of the first things I am getting when I am solid is a proper packing backpack(so I can look like a soldier, or possibly a hobo). I like the idea of being able to fit my entire life into one bag(It's true I could! I have a ton of righto awesome camping gear, I am such a little trooper).
However, Strappy back packs for non-packing uses are stupid. :C

I love my backpacks. So much.
I have a JanSport that I've had since 4th grade... *counts*
That's like 12 years. Granted, one of the zippers have spoiled, I still carry it everywhere.
EDIT::
I missed the Hat theme...?
I'm so sad. Anyways.

I just got back from hiking and living in a cabin in NC/VA for a while!
We did some bouldering with big angry icicles!
This would be like ten times cooler if those were actually stilts instead of just poles
Aww sickening cuteness. I really ought to stop putting these up.

'Couple weeks ago it snowed, a lot. So much I couldn't go to work.
So we went a-wanderin'. I took a banana sandwich because I was hungry.
