Yet again, by some trickery, we do not see his feet touching the ground.  I choose to believe that he is holding himself off of the ground using one arm.

Liz:
The shadows are all wrong, it's totally shopped. Jeez.

Lines:
Whatever, the bridge is totally falling. That's why that person is looking over the edge. They sense their doom.
