Electronica/Techno
Zingoleb:
Hey, hey, I have a question? Yes, I do!
Okay, this seems to be fairly electronica based because I haven't seen it in any other genre. Okay, you might see artists collaborating on a song, but what does it mean when they're 'versus'? I'm curious because on this Matrix soundtrack (or maybe Matrix Revolutions, too lazy to check right now), it has a song by "Juno Reactor vs. Don Davis" and then also some songs by "Juno Reactor AND Don Davis". What's the difference?
rynne:
If I see "vs." I tend to think it's a remix as opposed to a collaboration. I'm thinking specifically of 21st Circuitry's The Remix Wars series (e.g., Wumpscut vs. Haujobb) and Techno Animal Versus Reality. That being said, I can't imagine that's a hard-and-fast rule to anyone.

All the songs are built around the wobbler effect.
WAGWAGWAGWAG.
And it's the music of Ketamine retards.

Gosh, it's like the genre has conventions and structures and it's like no-one ever does anything new with it ever.
