Preliminary investigations reveal that they've cleverly tweaked it to avoid lawsuits by not only renaming it but also changing the board so that the double word scores, etcetera, are in slightly different places and arrangements on the board.

Also because it's a remake of the original program, all your old games and stats are preserved so you don't need to start again. (Which is kind of a shame for me, seeing as how I lost all of my games of Scrabulous by neglecting to ever get around to actually making a move in any of them.)
