I am currently going through this doc you wrote up. It's all making sense to me, so I guess that is a good start! I am going through and reformatting and editing bits as I go because I am a god-damned pedant (and because it helps me absorb the info better). Heh, it's so easy to leave things out. I couldn't teach a rogue to dps if my life depended on it; back when I was raiding I'm pretty sure my brainstem ranked "refresh slice and dice" slightly ahead of "continue to breathe" on the vital priorities queue. After a while you just don't think about things anymore.
