You obviously have never worn a skirt. Now if you mean crotch flashing, there is a simple solution called leggings and/or tights. My rule is if they are opaque, who gives a shit, because you can't see anything anyway. Also, with knee length or longer skirts, you don't have this problem. Skirts themselves, like pants, vary in degrees of comfort just like pants, except you get more of a breeze.

Man, I hear you. If I ever find my skirt again, I'm going to wear it so hard. If i don't I'll just buy a new one.
