Let's have a fashion advice thread.
BrittanyMarie:
Dang lady you can wear whatever the fuck you want! I mean we can give you advice on what we think is flattering on you, but at the end of the day you're still a super pretty lady who can wear whatever she wants to because dang and as long as you are comfortable and confident in that, it'll still be fine. I mean, I think that a few inches above or below the knees looks the best but that's mostly because they cut you off at narrow bits and I kind of hate the idea that we as women (some of us) only think we look good if we think we look thin. (obv different for ladies who have thin body types who have the problem of people asking them if they've eaten, which normally is none of their dang business)
St.Germain:
I think I'm going to have to tailor my own clothes or something, because in order for a button-up shirt to fit well around the chest area, I need a Small, and the sleeves tend to be too short. If I go on a job interview or some such thing, I'll just have to hope they can figure out my female-ness from the massive bun of hair on the back of my head. When I took the picture, I was (and still am, as that was like an hour or two ago) wearing the same jeans as in the pic of the red top, but I couldn't seem to get them in the picture. Eventually, I'll have proper dress pants, when I have time to make them.
In related news, I've never had a job interview in my life, so if I ever get one, I'll be back to ask you guys all kinds of advice, so be prepared.
Edit: Thank you Brittany. I think one of these days I will get a skirt that doesn't reach my ankles, since apparently I CAN.
Elizzybeth:
Alternatively, you could try three-quarter sleeve button-up shirts, which I think have a more naturally feminine silhouette.
(Plus I'm 5'1" and so not the right height for much clothing in low-cost retailers, but I'm also broke and / or stingy, so I do whatever I can to avoid having to get things tailored.)

In the UK it's pretty much illegal for job interviewers to notice that, or at least to mention it or act on it...
Spluff:
Only if they state that as the reason they act on it. Otherwise you can't prove it so they can do what they want.
