What? Everything does not go well with black. See above, see shorts, see any outfit where everything else is lighter than black (say, a white top with grey jeans). White can work a lot of the time, but it also has plenty of times where it will just look weird.

I had a friend who would SCREAM at you if you wore black with brown or blue at all. I don't disagree with her, but she was crazy about it. So, just stay away from her, and I think you'll be fine.

She's right. I own a lot of black, and a lot of brown. They're horrible together.
