So I thought this might deserve a thread of its own. The speculation on the web that there is a curse on the Dark Knight made news headlines last night- First Ledger, then Bale gets arrested, and now Morgan Freeman's been in a near fatal car crash... so what do people think of this...

And film curses in general, Bruce and Brandon Lee... have there been others?

And least we forget Conway Wickliffe, a special effects technician, was killed during filming.

That said, I don't think the film is cursed. It's just a set of coincidences, some very tragic coincidences, but coincidences non-the-less.

Not to derail, but Bale got arrested? I thought he was just questioned and not formally arrested.
