The truth is, she's probably not nearly as dumb as she acts. I think she's very aware that her fame comes from being a spoiled bimbo. It's in her interest to make herself appear to match that stereotype as much as possible. Not to say that she isn't a little dumb, but she probably acts a little dumber then she is.
