Just how old is Wil?

No one has ever said. We have no clue past speculation right now, besides that. . . I don't think it matters too much.

I doubt very much that he's in his 40s. I would say he's around he same age of Sven. I think he's supposed to look like the tortured, sleepless artist. Not old... (I think he's cute! ...You know, in that platonic "I love Webcomic characters" way that we love all of the characters...ah...I think I Just need to go back to bed, I've been having a hard time articulating things today).

I think he's just got a lot of worry lines from being an angsty poet type

He looks like he's in his mid to late 30s.  However, if he's a heroin addict, he could be in his late 20s.
