CaptainClae:
First post!

1992 = Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine
I don't listen to them that much anymore, but they dominated my listening 3-4 years ago, and this album has all the best songs on it.
Runners up = Alice in Chains - Dirt, Kyuss - Blues For the Red Sun

1993 = Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream
This year was a hard one for me. Siamese dream because it's got Geek USA on it.

Good year for Hip Hop! Hard to pick between Nas and Warren G, but I went for Nas cause I listen to more of him at the moment. Illmatic is kinda iconic.
Runners Up = Warren G - Regulate...G Funk Era, Kyuss - Welcome To Sky Valley

1995 = Kyuss - ...And the Circus Leaves Town
My favourite Kyuss album. I don't really listen to much music pre 1999 though, and most of what I do listen to which is pre 1999 is also pre 1980 so yeah.
