Things definitely would be lost in the translation, they're different mediums and as such have different forms and features so, there are obviously limitations in terms of style.

I guess this is better than nothing, but it still makes me really really sad to think that Pushing Daisies got cancelled. I've only seen one of the three remaining episodes so far, but it was amazing.
