It's not a bug. It has to do with the settings for our particular game. We didn't set a time limit for turns, which means we have to wait for everyone to play. If you set a time limit for turns (minimum 0.25 hours, or 15 minutes), then after that time limit is up, everyone who hasn't played will have their noun randomly selected from their hand. So play continues.

I didn't mean like an "actual" bug. I meant that it is something that hasn't been impliemented yet, since it's still a "new" game, and is being updated.
If you go to the Suggestion Box section, I think it's one of the suggestions...But I don't remember. It was awhile ago.
We should all go make new Nouns and Adjectives while we are waiting... It's fun ;)
