Oddly enough listening to Tim Hecker (who's probably my favourite ambient dude) made me all freak out when I was stoned and it was on very loud.
Also, Khanate and Wormphlegm, but that's a given, right?

The Current 93 album is choice, but I've never listened while on drugs. I discovered them after the drug phase. Such is life I suppose.
I'm only guessing here, but I'd say maybe Coil's Hellraiser themes would be not the best idea, or perhaps Tear Garden's "The Gift Of Knowledge" off their latest, The Secret Experiment.

I know listening to their one song "Red Birds Will Fly Out of the East and Destroy Paris in a Night" on 4 hits of acid made me think an hour had passed. I was playing with the visualizer on the Xbox 360 and forgot I was controlling it, and started looking around to see who had the controller, when it was me the whole time.
