Oh man, I remember Johnny Quest. That show was awesome.  Basically, my favorite cartoon changed from year to year, so here's a list of the ones I can remember in no particular order:

Rocket Power
Dragonball Z
Ed, Edd & Eddy
X-Play
Mobile Suit G Gundam

And, uh...I think that's all I can remember as far as TV-shows go.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Ren and Stimpy.

Also loved most other early nicktoons and TMNT.  And the Simpsons but I probably didn't get much of the jokes until I was at least 10.

Everything Nick put out I watched. Some other favorites were Talespin, Freakazoid, Mighty Max, Pirates of Dark Water and of course TMNT.
