Chicago Meetup Dates

You know what? I think I'll be a crazy person and come too. I know I'm fairly new here and don't really know anyone yet (except Jens of course), but what the heck. I will have plenty of time to get to know you all better before the trip, and I love traveling and meeting new people. Traveling with my friends is horrible and something I will never do again (I love them, but only in Norway), and traveling alone seems a bit too scary for me. I've been wanting to go to America again for a long time, and this seems to be a great opportunity. Money is no problem as long as I start saving now, and besides, someone needs to look after my brother. So what do people think of having not ONE, but TWO Norwegians in your rad meetup?

As I just said in Gabbs, I am also seriously considering coming. I have been meaning to make a trip to the US for a few years now, and that would definitely include a stay with my friend in Chicago. If I pull off the trip next year, I will definitely make sure to be there at the same time as you guys.

I totally want to do this. I really do. I probably even could! I'd have to be really disciplined about saving though.
Liz and I have been looking at flights and I could fly in on the 30th and leave on the 3rd for £602 as the prices are right now. If I aimed to save £800 I would need to work 176 hours and save all of that money. This is feasible, possibly!
People. Convince me.
