Can't say I really listen to a lot of hip hop, but the Beastie Boys I've heard makes me want to shoot myself through the ears so that I can remove my ability to hear in one fell swoop. Death will just be a blissful side effect.

I respect their point with "(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party!)", but it's one of the most god-awful things I've ever heard, even if it is a satire.

(That and one of their members took a Rammstein song and turned it into one of the worst remixes ever)

i'm checking out the new alkaline trio album on their myspace - not as much of a return to their roots as i'd been led to believe, but still awesome. then again, they're one of those bands whose material i'll pretty much always like to some extent.
