They should take all the feedback/loud/experimental bands (Sunn O)), MBV, Animal Collective, Mogwai, etc) into a "Winning Everything with a Wall of Noise" Tour (We.WON Tour). Essentially, you hook them up to those giant speakers the police use to drive hostage takers out from buildings and hook them up to a bunch of military vehicles. Then you rock out with sandy cock out. I figure this is a lot cheaper than whatever "sonic bullet" program the government had in place.
Alternatively, this tour outfit could be contracted for protests on capital hill. CDs from the tour will be sold as an audio colonic.

I was imagining with bands that are actually possible, so Almond takes over from Jhonn (he's the only person who could). There's already been something close to what you described as a show ender. This iteration of Current 93 from a performance on the Since Yesterday VHS actually consists of Dave Tibet, Douglas Pearce, Tony Wakeford and Rose McDowell.
