To be honest, I'm not a big fan of the speechbubbles in today's comic. To me they look sloppier and misplaced.

Just my opinion though - what do you think of them?

I didn't care for them much either.

Covetous:
The old ones were a bit better imo. Symmetry ftw.

harddisk:
I like the new ones more.

gocha:
Did not care much for the new speech bubbles. Somehow they do not seem to gel with the rest of the comic.
