This guy.  Also The Thermals, no I don't care if you don't think they're punk.

Emaline:
I saw the Thermals in Cleveland at The Grog Shop when they opened up for Cursive. When they finished their set, half the crowd left. It was only slightly depressing that it went from being a pretty mixed crowd, to one of mostly 21+.

I thought they put on a really good show, and the crowd got into it. I probably wouldn't buy their cd, but I'd see them again.

I will check out everybody mentioned. Putting them all in my phone, and if I don't stop by work later tonight to pick some bands up, I will tomorrow. Keep the recommendations coming.

Psychobilly and punk recommendations...now with youtube!

ONLY THE METEORS ARE TRUE PSYCHOBILLY
Batmobile
The Grave Stompers
The Coffinshakers This is one of their slow songs, sort of like Johnny Cash if he was a vampire. This is by no means their best song. Try to get hold of the songs Halloween (not a Misfits cover), Dracula Has Risen From The Grave, Black Sunday and The Night Side of Life. I might upload some shit in the mediaf!re thread, because this band is really awesome.
The Ghastly Ones Kind of psychobilly/surf? Their first album is pretty good. Have 'sold out' but still make good music.

PUNK:

The X-Ray Spex!!!!!

Also here is The Meteors covering another punk essential, The Anti-Nowhere League

999

The Damned

John Otway, the punkest man alive.

Oh and The Misfits obviously. Especially this song given the context.
