Halloween!! Costumes, parties, plans!!

we had a party! i was so pleased that nearly everyone who showed up knew who i was this time.
i don't remember this photo being taken but i think i was making somebody ride the bus.

Only two people I met knew who I was. However, those two made it completely worth it.
Two friends did this, and I just thought the picture was so awesome it had to be shared.

My costume was FAIL.
As was work's dressing up! When I got there (wearing all black with silver lipstick and a big silver star pinned to my chest because I was being a starry night [I said it was fail]) no one else was dressed up! I borrowed a large orange and black hat from the merchandise section to make it obvious that I was dressed up for Halloween rather than just forgetful and not in uniform, and felt rather silly.
However, a few other people came in costumes a bit later on and lots of customers did. I wish I was allowed to take a camera with me because we had some awesome people in! And I can't have felt as silly as the girl who was shelf stacking in hot pants and a pink feather boa. Man she must have been cold.
I love everyone's costume! Why was my first Halloween costume so terrible? I just did not have time to make cat ears.

Awesome Rosie the Riveter costume (though technically if you want to be pedantic Rosie the Riveter was modeled after one female factory worker during the war whereas the We Can Do It! painting was modeled after another), Tania.

What is that look? I do not know! Also there was another pirate at the party.
