At first I thought it was some sort of skin colored leotard, but that seems less and less likely with every viewing. My favorite has to be the Joker Jason Todd one.

that first picture is pretty excellent though. THAT'S the Joker i know and love (not to speak ill of Ledger's Joker which i thought was absolutely fantastic).
