Any thoughts on the first episode?  I thought it was mediocre, and the flashbacks thing started getting on my nerves a bit. 

J:
yeah, little underwhelming, but there was alot of character stuff to get out of the way and now they can move forward with it.

i'm wondering if any of the cops are going to realize that trinity was the guy who walked into the station and got in dexter's face the day rita died.

Yeah I felt like they bum-rushed through the funeral process just so it wouldn't gobble up half the season.
