IRON WEEK means no bitching about your friends.  If you have a problem with them you tell them diplomatically and see if you can sort shit out.
IRON WEEK means if you tell a friend you'll do something/be somewhere then you do it.  No piking!

IRON WEEK is not an excuse to tell people not involved to stop complaining/sack up.  You're doing it, not them.
IRON WEEK is not an excuse to be an opinionated asshole.
IRON WEEK is not an excuse to start fights with people.  Diplomacy is far harder than yelling at/punching someone.
