Bears seem already pretty well armed, actually. Nice big, hairy ones, with claws and all.

Like I said in WTC, Jeph will have to go pretty far out to jump the Shark, fantasy/weird happenings-wise. I'm not even sure that shift to Gilligan's island I mentioned would do it. No way can a bear in the park push QC behind the speedboat. BJ and the Bear, maybe. Or maybe not.

While writing this it occurred to me why that show may never, ever be remade into a movie.

koalas are marsupials, not bears. besides they're small and fluffy... (but they can kick ass too!)

Haha! Good point. I was just trying to make the point that if the bear was soft and cuddly(are there any bears like that?) then their reaction might have been different. Eventhough in this case the bear looked mean but in actuality it was nice. Appearances can be deceiving. You even helped prove my point of that by pointing out that Koalas can kick ass too
