Oh and he's also got a much shittier public image than when he started last time.
At least this time the police didn't fuck with the evidence. He might still be in prison from the murder trial if they hadn't done that the last time he was on trial for a violent crime. That is the only thing that walked him, Johnny Cochran didn't really need to do anything.
