KvP:
The only good thing about Dexter is Michael C. Hall, and he's quite good. The show around him is just awful.

TheFuriousWombat:
Dexter reminds me on Monk in that they're both shows about weirdo neurotic detective types but their respective neurosis are basically what is intended to carry the whole entire show in lieu of quality plot and acting and writing in general, as well as serving as comic relief and that in addition to being pretty much the only thing which defines the character in any way. In other words, I find it gimmicky and irritating (and Michael C. Hall is just as cloying a lot of the time as Tony Shaloub).

Johnny C:
In this thread, a bunch of people confess loving a show which is basically an unabashedly fictional version of The Hills and Est informs us that he somehow hasn't heard of William Faulkner.

Not a strong showing, all around.

Joseph:
Poor argument.  The fact that Stephanie Meyer exists doesn't make Dan Brown a wonderful writer.

Liz:
Hey guys.

This is the Gossip Girl thread.

GTFO.
