my gh:wt setup came in the day before yesterday and so far i am disappointed with the songs. mostly because they are too easy but they are the first songs. i'm hoping it gets more challenging.

just picked up GH:M and they did not give me my pedal. they're gonna call me and let me know when it comes in. >:C

It's way better than World Tour. I dunno what they did to it, but it just feels better. I also think they change what sounds your drums make during fills from song to song. (??)
The songs are fun, and they really sound great. I'm really enjoying most of the tracks, rather than in WT going "oh yay another 4/4 hat-hat-hat-hat/snare pop song :P"
I don't have the 2nd pedal yet so I can't vouch for Expert+, but I think I like playing through without, then going back and playing the songs with. I've started keeping track of which songs have 2xB

The person playing Bob Rock would activate star power by telling the guitar player to "give it a little more Hetfield."

Or on the Death Magnetic songs you would be playing as Rick Rubin and your job would be to push all of the faders up as far as they will go and to activate "Compressor Power!"
