the sound in it is confusing me. Why does it (and the video itself) slow down and rewind and sound like something that should be in a movie to indicate someone losing their mind?

Also I guess the complete callousness/indifference of the kid's friends in the video is kind of amusing. They're all like "Whoa! Our friend just went arse-over-tit into the bitumen! Quick! Everyone gather around and see if we can fix the ramp." Ahh, children and their adorably fucked-up priorities!
