Seriously, show me one post rock band that fits the description of prog. And then show me some more, because I'm sure there is at least one, there are enough bands out there.

Godspeed You! Black Emperor has a bit of prog in their sound, I think.  I don't listen to them, so I cannot say for sure, but I think I was told so.

Both post-rock and prog are pretty nebulous terms anyway? The sheer stylistic range of bands that fit into either genre makes it a pretty moot point?
