I didnt read most of the thread completely but i think i have the gist correct. Music based racey type game. Super addictive, lots of fun and One hand capable =)

I actually am very angry with myself for not thinking of this earlier.  I still play it a couple hours every week.

I'm playing it, too, but my computer is not cut out for fast tracks. Sometimes the screen just stalls and when it comes back on the run is a mess.
It's a lot of fun, especially with slower and "bumpy" songs.
Because of my condition, I usually play the Mono characters.

Try out some of the old Lucas-Arts point & click adventure games.
The Monkey Island series is pretty good.
Maniac Mansion & Day of the Tentacle are 2 of my favourites.
Sam & Max is funny as hell.
