Not sure if he'll release it this year, but I know from firm sources (ie, Owen Pallett) that the tracklist is pretty firm, and that he's still modifying some of the orchestral arrangements before recording. But he has enough money to "rent" an orchestra.

I think the only 2009 album I've listened to so far (not counting EPs) is the AC Newman one. Better than the first one, IMO.

there is a new Black Moth Super Rainbow cd coming out May or March 26th. i forget which month it is exactly, but it starts with an M.

i am super stoked but also slightly cautious because apparently they worked with a producer on this one (for the first time ever), but i guess we'll just have to wait and see how it sounds.
