Aimless:
I was so hesitant about this show, but the last few eps leading up to and including the finale have all been excellent. Season finales usually leave me very dissatisfied, but this one had everything I want from a season finale. Did a great job of tying up loose ends and giving a sense of closure (no lame cliffhangers) while at the same time starting up some very promising future arcs.

I'm definitely staying with this show. Hope they don't lose steam :o

Bearer:
I like how within the last two episodes, they use the terms "Frak" and "Oh my gods."  I want to say it's a coincidence, but having Tamoh Penniket on set must be bringing over a little BSG flavor to this Wheadon work.

Also, Jane Espenson is on board as a writer and executive story editor; she's been on Whedon's staff since Buffy, and also contributed heavily to season 4 of BSG.
