I too laughed out loud at this comic, something I recently haven't done much with QC. Good comic today at least.

Can what we've really missed in the intervening time be the discovery that Sven acting like a pig gets Faye hot?
That would certainly explain why she and Marten didn't work out.

You know, based upon the archives, I can agree with this assessment.
I am a little appalled that I didn't notice the parallel sooner.

I personally enjoy the Faye-Sven relationship, because it is a classic Unstoppable Force vs Immovable Object dynamic. Which will win, the lady-corrupting suaveness or massive psychological baggage with sarcastic teeth? One will have to change! Also, I look forward to the dramatic monologues when they break up.
