That was one amazing comic! So many layers of meaning in just a collection of sighs, and a LOL last panel to boot.
Let's dig in...
Marten's sigh: Maybe he's unhappy with his relationship with Dora. Maybe he's unhappy with his situation in life (lousy job, no prospects).
Faye's sigh: Easy. Fulfilled sex life, unfulfilled love life.
PenPen's sigh: Easy. Lonliness.
Pintsize's sigh: I don't event want to think about it. (I wonder, would it had been funnier the other way around?)

Marten and Dora are having trouble, but it could always get worse...

I loved the strip, and I loved getting it so early in the day. However, this does mean we have to wait longer for the next one...

No. Marten/Faye will never happen. If Marten dumps Dora and gets with Faye, Faye will get fired from the coffee shop and that locale will forever be lost to the story. So no more Dora, Penelope, or Raven. I think the same goes for Marten/Penelope. I think Marten/Hanners is where this is going to end up.
