I thought the match cut here was a gift to Faye/Marten shippers, because THEY'RE OBVIOUSLY THINKING OF EACH OTHER. Now it's been said, it won't happen. Sorry, F/M (M/F?) shippers.

Life consists of choices*. When enough things have happened in your life you will realise that there were opportunities that you still regret missing, even though the path you did take was just as awesome in the end. I could perfectly relate to Marten and Faye thinking of each other, simply as nostalgic thoughts of how things could have gone, not as something that needs to happen now.
*If it doesn't, you're not getting out enough!
