Fuck I just wrote a long ass post and it got deleted, so here's the basics.

Pen I feel for you, that really sucks and it brings up concerns about wether or not I'm going to stay in contact with the people I grew to care about at my last job that I very recently no longer work at, hope you manage to stay in touch.

Blog Thread,

Got a nosebleed while driving to class, made things extremely complicated and involves me being covered in blood rushing into a McDonalds bathroom and getting very strange looks, and then having to go about the morning's stressful school related chores in ruined clothes. I'm home now and I'm tired and angry., which also happens to relate to the summer course I'm trying to take in Paris that the school is making very difficult for me to enroll in.

Funny thing is my brother took the very same class last semester and they didn't give him nearly as much trouble. I think I yelled at my first stranger ever today, something I would absolutely never do being the spineless coward/very non-agressive person that I am, but I let the situation get to me and she was being supremely unhelpful and it got me an appointment with the department chair, so I guess it works out. I'm going back to sleep for a while since it now looks like I'm skipping class.

Fun stuff.

Dear blog thread,
Thursday I was tested for rheumatoid arthritis and yesterday I was supposed to get the results. However, when the doctor called, my boyfriend's sister was on the phone. She didn't bother to get off the phone with her friend and come tell me, she just kept talking until 6 in the evening, then told her mom it was because she didn't know what to do. Um, getting off the phone and telling me would had been nice. By the time I found out, the office was closed. All this after I had said I was expecting the call and talking about how nervous I was.
Now I don't know whether I should call them when they open so I don't miss the call again or if that would be annoying.

So it's quarter past five and I start work at half past six.

I have five essays due in tomorrow, two of which are in german. I don't have the german essay questions with me, and I don't have the books for the english essay. I've started the sociology essay but I don't have it with me, and all of this will continue to be true until tomorrow.

Hey guys, remember how I was really motivated to work at the weekend and did six hours of revision? This is the reason that I have so much work left over. How the hell am I expected to revise if my teachers are setting me ridiculously short deadlines for monumentally huge quantities of work? (To be scrupulously fair the sociology essay was meant to be classwork but my teacher kept sending me off to do printing and photocopying so actually it was still her fault, what am I saying? but the german essays were due in today and I just forgot about them.)

Jens, the lady will be staying in my room, and I will go back to my apartment. Also, she'll only be here for a couple of days I think, so no worries, you'll still have privacy.

Sometimes, it seems like the majority of Jens' and Kris' conversations are here or on Meebo.

Hey blog thread, today I kinda asked a cute girl out! We were both pretty exhausted after a full day of maths test and several days of practice, but she seemed positive to grabbing a cup of coffee some day, and then I guess we'll see if we just wanna hang out or if something else happens. I'm positivte to both ideas.

Also, blog, I need to come up with a drag show name. I am being a drag king, but I want something androgynous so if I do this again and am fem, it won't sound silly. And no, Ultimate Dicksucker will not fly.

So i'm taking driver's ed. which is three weeks. So i'm going to be staying at school for 2 and a half hours longer than normal for the next three weeks. And we even get homework in it sometimes, as if school wasn't overwhelming enough already. gah!

Don't sweat it.  It's more boring than anything else, and if you have any kind of common sense, most of the information will be easy to remember.  I took all of half a sheet of notes for the entire 2 weeks (how long it was when I did it 5 years ago), all on the first day, mostly because I wanted to look like I wasn't completely clueless.  Didn't even look at 'em after that.

I had already passed the written exam before I even took Driver's Ed, after reading a book of traffic laws in the car on the way to the test.  The class was mainly a hoop I had to jump through.  I missed the first two weeks because I was out of the country, and then pretty much slept through the rest of the class.

I got a C.  If I can get an average grade when I'm unconscious, you should do fine.

I fell asleep at 11 PM woke up at 1 AM and that's about all the sleep I'm getting today. Yay.

I stole my father's car and went to Wal-Mart because I've gotten this insanely irrational phobia that I'm going to lose all of my music lately. Not just, "I better back up just in case," but more of a, "MY COMPUTER IS ABOUT TO DIE AND WHAT THE FUCK AM I DOING ABOUT IT" sort of mental reaction. Then I go to Wal-Mart and I think my stalker was there.

Yeah...he scares me. He's not actually stalking me, he just ends up at a lot of places I go to and he talks to me a lot and he strikes me as someone who has killed someone in the past in a fit of psychotic rage.

Mentioning over-reaction! My job is actually Not That Bad. I just worked myself up into thinking it would be horrible. Instead it's something tolerable! Even if my manager never stops grinning. Ever. EVER.

Blog Thread! While we are so busy talking about places of employement, the ComicCon guy called me today! I am so excited!!!

Explanation: Last year, through a friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend sort of connection that I still do not understand, I landed a job with a temp staffing agency at comic con. I worked the Warner Bros. booth, scanning people's badges for a chance to win a car marked up like the show Chuck. It was an awesome job, and moreover it payed EXTREMELY well, considering I was just out of high school. I made more in those three days than I was making in a month at the job I was working at the time. Fast-forward to now. I am in growing need of paid employment, and greatly disappointed since I had no way of contacting the people who hired me for a chance at getting this awesome job back. But today the guy called me! The guy who hired me last time! I get to work ComicCon again! Hooray!!!

I got some of my assignments back lately.

my two Auslan assignments got 77.5% and 60%,
my creative writing assignment got 67%, and
my Classics in World Literature essay got 80%

out of the 4 assignments, I did two basically at the last minute, and they are the two highest marks. Things like that are probably why I always end up writing my essays the day before they are due.

Hugs for everyone!

Guys, guess which guy took a Vista exam the other day and smashed it out?  Me.  It is me.  I am the guy.

It was equal parts irritation and hilarity.  What bits weren't completely useless, worded in a really roundabout kind of overly-complex way or referring to bits of Vista no-one ever uses because they are shit were insultingly obvious.  I am planning on doing the other exam in the Vista desktop certification thinger next week sometime so that I have a shiny new bauble to attach to my resume.

guysss the calc AB exam was today and the free response section killed me, left a lot of it just blank. I'm pretty sure I got at least a 3 or maybe even a 4 though, since it doesn't take much to do that. (like 1/3 right for a 3, 1/2 right for a 4, based on previous years, and that's rounding up a fair bit.) I did fine on the multiple choice, by the way.

I guess I am optimistic even though 4 hours of straight math is a terrible experience?

You think your internet connection is bad? Ours is capped at 512Mb but is more likely to be 136Mb most of the time. Or something. Anyway it ought to be 2,000 somethings and it is nothing like, with the result that it can often take ten minutes for a page to load and when it rains we don't have any connection at all.

Actually it can't be 512Mb, I'm reading a lot of very confusing articles about broadband and they seem to suggest that the average UK broadband speed is 6Mb or 3Mb or 1Mb or at any rate not over 100.

OK I just did a test and our download speed is 0.4Mbps. Our upload speed is 242Kbps. Today is an extremely good day, it is normally no more than half the speed.

That is one of the most unapologetically nonsensical posts I've ever seen on any forum.  High five!

Dear diary

morning was bit bizzare because there was post-it notes every where but those were my notes most were "please eat", "i did your landry" and "hon i made some Pyttipanna for you"

You have post-it notes that link to wikipedia?

Your internet is over ten times faster than mine. Download and upload speeds are about hte same - 2 or 3kpbs. Sometimes it drops to 1.

MY INTERNET IS POWERED BY MY CAT RUNNING ON A TREADMILL.

MY CAT IS LAZY AND DOESN'T RUN MUCH.

DO I WIN?
