Well, Martin only went for Dora when he found out Faye wasn't available... maybe now that the honeymoon period has worn off he's feeling differently. And that fight probably didn't help.

I'm not sure if Penelope has anything to do with the Martin/Dora/Faye triangle but she probably misses Wil or just wants to be with someone.

I think Marten was just sleepless after a messed up day, Faye in deep thought(or perhaps both Marten and Faye in deep thought), Penelope lonely, and... never know what Winslow's thinking.
