The Government gives you $950. What do you do?

I haven't been home in 4 years, and I'll be back in Sydney in May.
Why can't my homeland just give me the money any way?
I'd buy real twisties and caramello koalas and billabong bills and.....
Now I'm homesick and still broke.

$950/taxpayer isn't much, and it's even less considering all the money the government has to spend just to give it to them, and even less still considering that the money comes from taxes you already gave the govrernment, and even less still more considering that the money the government is spending to give you your money back is your money as well.
Of course, once you get the money, you spend it, and you pay taxes on what you buy.

See... I'd like to say I would use it wisely in a manner that would benefit me and others around me... but Iron Fist seems to have read right through my paltry imaginings down to the actuality of what would occur.
